1. Initial Phone Conversation

2. Complete & Sign NDA

This is to protect both you and us as we talk personally and frankly with you. Our attorneys have used this NDA to complete hundreds of deals for both buyers and sellers.

3. In-Person Meeting

We want to get to know you on a personal level and allow you to get a feel for us. You don't want to trust just anyone with your baby. You've grown and cared for your business through blood, sweat and tears.

4. Submit Requested Financial and Company Information

Following our in-person meeting, we will request company financial information such as:

- A current 'Balance Sheet' and year-to-date 'Income Statement'

- 'Balance Sheets' and 'Income Statements' for the past 3 years

- Business 'Tax Returns' for the past 3 years

5. We Give You An Offer To Purchase Your Business
